Believe it or not, if you use the techniques in this ebook, it shouldn’t take long for you to start seeing positive changes – maybe a month at most, but more likely within a couple of weeks.
First, before you see any outer changes you will notice inner changes taking place. You will feel better and notice that you don’t have such a hard time believing your affirmations are true.
This is a sign that you are starting to change your beliefs.
